For my first Boston Marathon, I managed all field marketing efforts, working with Marathon Sports, Heartbreak Hill, and adidas Runners to create memorable brand experiences. We organized shake-out runs, coffee cart activations, and signage customizations to engage the community and build excitement for race day.

One highlight was collaborating on a shake-out run to honor the pioneering women of the Boston Marathon, including Nina Kuscsik, Sara Mae Berman, and Kathrine Switzer. I worked with a photographer to capture this moment while overseeing event execution.

I also partnered with the adidas sales team and wholesale partners to drive participation and engagement at each event, ensuring strong attendance and seamless logistics throughout the activation.
